This privacy notice applies to individuals whose personal data is processing by UAB “MaramiTUT” for direct marketing purposes.

Based on our relationship with you and your choice, we will process the following personal data: name, surname, email address, job title.
- Purposes of processing your personal data and the condition for lawful processing of personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing of UAB “MaramiTUT”.
For direct marketing purposes, your personal data: name, surname, email address, job title, will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). In other words, you do not have to consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by UAB “MaramiTUT”, but if you do not provide your e-mail address, we will not be able to send you information about UAB “MaramiTUT’s” news and service offers, and if you do not provide your name, surname we will not be able to identify the services you have received from UAB MaramiTUT and ask you for your opinion about them. We only need information about your job title when we are carrying out direct marketing to the organisation you represent.
Your consent will be valid for 1 year unless you withdraw it earlier.
If you are a customer of ours and you have not objected to direct marketing communications from the Company, we will, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), send you communications by email about services similar to those provided to you. In this case, your data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for a period of 1 year after your last purchase of the service. You have the right to refuse direct marketing at any time by contacting us via e-mail on [email protected] .
- Duration of retention of your personal data
1 year from receipt of consent or until you withdraw your consent.
1 year after your last purchase of the service, when your data processing is based on (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We do not intend to provide your personal data to third parties, including those located in third countries.
However Company may use the following categories of processors: service providers providing IT services, accounting, legal or marketing services.

- in order to sell a part of Company‘s activities or assets, where we disclose your personal data to the potential buyer of the activities or a part thereof;

Please note that the list of recipients and categories of recipients provided in the Privacy Notice may change; other recipients of your personal data may appear during the processing of your personal data, including intermediaries, marketing service and (or) IT service providers or subcontractors. - Processing of your personal data for other, related purposes
We, UAB “MaramiTUT”, as a data controller, with the duty to demonstrate that we are processing your personal data lawfully, inform you that we will process your personal data related to giving consent, withdrawing consent, exercising your rights (fact and date of consent/non-consent to direct marketing; fact and date of withdrawal of consent, your requests for the exercise of your rights and responses to them) in order to pursue our legitimate interests of protecting your rights and the protection of your legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
In such cases yours personal data can be provided to the Courts, public authorities, parties to disputes, lawyers and other legal entities.
For the purposes of protecting our rights and legitimate interests, we will retain your personal data referred to in this part of this Privacy Notice for a period of 3 years from the end of the current year in which the processing of the personal data has been completed and/or the rights of the data subjects have been exercised (requests have been answered).

Your personal data will be processed pursuant to the requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts. In the course of processing of your personal data, we implement organisational and technical measures which ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.

Company will provide information on actions taken on a request with regard to implementation of your rights without undue delay and in any event within 1 (one) month of receipt of the request. In consideration of the request complexity and the number of received requests, the aforementioned term may be extended for 2 (two) further months. In this case, we will notify you of such term extension and reasons for it within 1 (one) month as of the receipt of request. Company will refuse to implement your rights only in cases provided for in the legal acts.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

- Additional Rights
Below, you will find information about your additional rights that you can exercise in compliance with the following procedure.
- You have the right to request us to rectify any inaccuracies of data held by us. In this case, we may ask you to confirm the rectified information.
- You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data. This right will be implemented in cases provided in Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data or to object to their processing:
- during the period required for us to verify the accuracy of your personal data when you submit claims with regard to data accuracy;
- in cases of unlawful collection, storage or use of your personal data where you decide not to request the erasure of data;

This privacy notice applies to persons who are candidates for employment at UAB “MaramiTUT” and to those persons who are identified by the candidates as being able to recommend them, whose details are set out in the references submitted by the candidates.

Company processes the following personal data of the candidates: name, surname, CV, motivational letter, results of the test carried out, recommendations from former employers.
Company processes the following personal data of the person indicated by the candidate (name, surname, e-mail, telephone, information provided by the person) – former or current employer or person providing the recommendation, the information provided by him / her.
- Purposes of processing your personal data and the condition for lawful processing of personal data
Company processes the f personal data of the candidate based on the consent of the candidate (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), we will process the data on the person indicated by the candidate – former or current employer or person providing the recommendation, the information provided by him / her for the purpose of selection. We will erase this data at the end of the selection.
- Duration of retention of your personal data
Personal data is stored until the completion of the particular selection process and erased within 5 working days after the completion of the selection procedure.
In the event a separate consent of the candidate is received, the personal data is stored for 3 years from the receipt of the consent in order to offer the candidate to participate in the future candidate selections.
We will erase the data the person indicated by the candidate at the end of the selection.

This privacy notice applies to employees of suppliers or service providers (legal persons) and data of suppliers or service providers (natural persons) in order to perform the agreement concluded between UAB “MaramiTUT” and the aforementioned persons.

- Categories of personal data processed
UAB “MaramiTUT” processes personal data of employees of suppliers or service providers (legal persons) and data of suppliers or service providers (natural persons): name, surname, date of birth, phone, e-mail address, messaging content, date and other data related to the performance of the agreement.
- Purposes of processing your personal data and the condition for lawful processing of personal data
If you provide services or sell goods as a natural person, Company will process your personal data on the basis of performance of the agreement (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
The basis for the processing of data of employees of service providers or suppliers (legal persons) of Company is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We receive your data not only directly from you, but also from the service provider or supplier you are an employee of.
UAB “MaramiTUT” processes personal data of employees of suppliers or service providers (legal persons) and data of suppliers or service providers (natural persons) to perform the agreement concluded between Company and the aforementioned persons.
- Duration of retention of your personal data
Personal data indicated in this section will be processed as long as the agreement is in effect.
- The recipients of your personal data
We do not intend to provide your personal data to third parties, including those located in third countries.
However Company may use the following categories of processors: service providers providing IT services, accounting, legal or marketing services.
We can disclose information about you:
- if we must do this under the law;
- in order to sell a part of Company‘s activities or assets, where we disclose your personal data to the potential buyer of the activities or a part thereof;

- Processing of your personal data for other, related purposes
If personal data are indicated in the agreement, they will be stored for 10 years as of the date of expiration of the agreement. We will also process these personal data, when they are specified in the agreements and its enforcement documents, for the purpose of archiving, fulfilling the legal obligation provided for in the Index of Terms of Retention of General Documents approved by the Archivist of the Republic of Lithuania in March 9, 2011 by order No. V-100, 10.37 clause (Article 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation). For this purpose, we will keep the contract and its execution documents for 10 years from the date of conclusion or expiry of the contract (if the contract is of an ongoing nature).
We will store personal data for the same number of years for the purpose and basis of UAB “MaramiTUT” legitimate interest in defending legal claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). In the latter case, the recipients of your personal data may be courts, state UAB “MaramiTUT” resolving disputes, parties to a dispute, lawyers and other entities providing legal services, depending on which remedies you or UAB “MaramiTUT”choose.

In consideration of the request complexity and the number of received requests, the aforementioned term may be extended for 2 (two) further months. In this case, we will notify you of such term extension and reasons for it within 1 (one) month as of the receipt of request. Company will refuse to implement your rights only in cases provided for in the legal acts.

- You have the right to request us to rectify any inaccuracies of data held by us. In this case, we may ask you to confirm the rectified information.
